Research Deluxe

Going on its third successful month, Ibiza Sessions @ Ceviche Tapas Bar has been a showcase for the Orlando based record label Research Deluxe and its artists. For the first month and a half Crate’s DJs, Phonik and Leroy Brown, provided the night with sounds spanning from downtempo and trip-hop to begin with and eventually upping the tempo to breakbeats, electro-house, and much more. Operating on three turntables, an MPC, and multiple effects processors, Phonik and Brown pull off a not so typical DJ set incorporating original tracks, as well as many unrehearsed tracks on the fly.
